Is this for Yoga Teachers only?

No. This immersion is for anyone who recognizes they are living inside conditioning loops and is ready to change that.

Yoga teachers often attend because they value depth and discipline, and the 22 CE hours add professional value, but they are not the focus of the room.

This is about self-authorship, not certification.


What if I am new to mantra meditation?

Perfect. No prior experience is required.

You will be taught a classical, accessible mantra-based practice and guided step-by-step. This is not about performance—it’s about direct experience and consistency.

Experienced practitioners will deepen. New practitioners will build a solid foundation.


What is the physical intensity level?

Moderate and accessible. There are daily activities (some in nature) and yoga, but this is not a physically demanding retreat or fitness-based program.

The emphasis is on:

  • nervous system regulation

  • breath

  • stillness

  • sustainable practice

All movements can be modified. You are expected to participate but not to push beyond your capacity.


What should I bring?

Come prepared, but not overloaded.

Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing for movement and sitting

  • A journal and pen

  • Any personal items (snacks, medications etc.) that support your focus and rest

  • Water bottle

Everything else is provided. More importantly: come willing to be present, engaged, and honest with yourself.


What is the refund/cancellation policy?

Because this is an all inclusive experiential immersion with limited space, all registrations are intentional.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Transfers may be available to a future immersion with adequate notice.

  • In the case of emergency, reach out directly, solutions are considered case-by-case.

I’m Nicole Skaggs, and I built The Awakened Warrior for one reason: I am done watching good people live inside programs they didn’t choose.

Some of those loops are personal. Some are family conditioning. Some are cultural and societal. And now, in the modern world, the programming isn’t subtle—attention is constantly pulled, emotions are constantly provoked, and the nervous system is kept on edge. People feel it as overwhelm, anxiety, and that quiet sense of, “I’m not fully driving my own life.”

I know that terrain intimately. I’m not interested in comfort-only spirituality, and I’m not interested in grit without heart. I train the middle path: clear mind, steady nervous system, deep humanity, so your choices are truly yours.

My work blends ancient technologies (yoga, breath, mantra meditation, Vedanta-based inquiry, and Ayurvedic frameworks) with modern understanding of how attention, emotion, and habit loops get wired. The through-line is simple: use what works, discard what doesn’t, and build a life that answers to your deepest knowing—not the news cycle, not social media, not old scripts.
